oktk1 Terms and Conditions

01. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the oktk1 platform and all its services. By registering an account on oktk1, playing any game, or using any part of the platform, you are automatically considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the oktk1 platform. Our support team is available at all times to help with any questions.

oktk1 reserves the right to amend, change or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.

02. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the oktk1 platform. Minors are not permitted to create an account or play any games on this platform. We may request valid proof of age for verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, address, device or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination. If your information changes, please notify the support team promptly.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing a third party to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

03. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Policy

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the oktk1 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from your account, you must use the same payment method that was used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

oktk1 strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional information may be requested. Any fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure.

04. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To receive the bonus, the designated promotion code must be used at the time of deposit (if applicable).

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Transferring bonus funds to another player is prohibited.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim a bonus using false information will result in account closure.
• oktk1 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The oktk1 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and engagement on the platform. oktk1 may change VIP benefits at any time.

05. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 General Rules of Play

All games on oktk1 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game. If a technical issue occurs during play, notify the support team immediately.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Playing games using software bots or automated systems.
• Exploiting game bugs or technical vulnerabilities unfairly.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other players.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Participating in any hacking or phishing activity.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, internet disconnection or other technical issue, oktk1 will review the relevant transaction and make a decision. In such cases, oktk1's decision will be considered final.

13. Partial Validity of Terms

If any part of these terms and conditions becomes ineffective or invalid for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in force. The invalidation of one part will not affect the other parts.
